Getting Started

After we have approved your application to join Bevoshelves.com, you will be ready to start selling on our platform. You can reach thousands of buyers and join many other vendors who are already selling their products successfully on Bevoshelves.com

You will receive an email from us to say that you have been approved. If you don’t receive an email within 3 working days after making your application, please contact our customer support center.

Your email will look like this:

To login to your store manager, click the “login” link in the sign in menu. For more information about how to login, see the help document – How to Login to your Store on Bevoshelves

The first time you login to your new account, you’ll be asked to complete the Store Setup Wizard.

The wizard will help you to set up your new store quickly and easily. Just follow the instructions on the screen.

Store Details

  • Click Let’s Go.
  • Upload your profile image (125x125px) – Logo
  • Click on the image.
  • Select your file by dragging it into the window or clicking “select files”
  • When it has uploaded, click the choose image button.

Your image should now be selected.

Do the same again for your store banner. This should be 1650 x 350.

Check the other information below is correct. If anything is wrong, you can edit it.

When you are sure that everything is correct, click “continue”.

Choose Your Banking Details

Choose how you would like us to pay you. The options are either “Bank Transfer” or “Cash”.

If you choose “Bank Transfer”, enter your bank account information.

Click “Continue” when you are ready

Policies

On the policy setup screen, leave everything blank. You must follow Kasekor’s policies and you are not currently allowed to use your own sales, refund or return policies. Anything you enter here will be removed.

Customer Support

You are required to enter your customer support details including your phone number, email address and shop address. Please note, that customers will not be allowed to contact you directly, they will contact you using our messenger service.

If you contact customers directly, you will breach the terms of your contract with us and your account will be terminated.

Once you have completed the wizard, you are ready to login to your dashboard to complete the set up of your online store and start uploading products.
